With 25 years in training and coaching, I’ve dedicated my career to helping people and businesses reach their full potential. Before starting my own business in 2009, I spent 10 years as Head of Learning and Development at Randstad CPE, a global recruitment firm.
I’ve worked both in-house as a People and Training Director and as an external consultant, giving me a unique, well-rounded perspective on solving challenges.
As a people translator, my background in modern languages and international experience in Europe and Asia allows me to bridge gaps and bring diverse perspectives together to create exceptional results.
I work primarily with small to medium-sized, privately owned businesses, with 90% of my clients in recruitment or related fields. My clients are business leaders or HR professionals focused on attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent, improving performance, planning for management-level succession, and building a strong, vibrant company culture.
I’m based in Hampshire and serve clients across the South of England, including Surrey, Sussex, Berkshire, and London. I offer a mix of in-person and remote support to suit your needs.
